Introduction to Printmaking- Teen Class

£240.00

Join us at Vault Artist Studios for a fun, engaging and relaxed Introduction to Printmaking course!

The course is designed for young adults (age 13-17) and is the ideal opportunity for them to build their creative confidence while learning practical and technical skills in the field of drawing and printmaking.

The course will take place over 8 sessions from January 2026 to March 2026, every Wednesday evening from 5:30pm til 7pm.

Course dates begin on Wednesday 14th of January 2026 and run continuously until Wednesday 4th of March 2026.

Materials are included however I ask that students provide their own sketchbooks and basic drawing materials (a set of pencils, a rubber, and anything else they wish to bring along). We will also be using a portable printing press and basic safety precautions will be required for participation.

The most fundamental requirement for the course is to come with an open mind and a willingness to experiment. We are going to nurture an attitude of curiosity towards our own creativity and dispell the myth of ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ in art!
